Rick Perry appoints new Texas Supreme Court Chief Justice

Following the resignation of Chief Justice Wallace Jefferson, Texas Gov. Rick Perry announced Tuesday that Nathan Hecht, the longest-serving justice currently on the Texas Supreme Court, would replace him.
